Barbara Buffaloe will give an update on the major energy efficiency grant she has been managing and implementation of the Mayor's Climate Protection Agreement.

Our annual luncheon and presentation of the Citizen of the Year award to Lucille Salerno will take place at Jack's Gourmet restaurant at the corner of Old 63 and the Business Loop.  The cost will be $14.00 per person.  (This will cover the costs to Jack’s plus a little extra to cover Lucille’s lunch.)  The served plate menu will include tarragon chicken breast, angel hair pasta, julienne carrots and zucchini (served over the pasta with extra large servings for those wishing a vegetarian options), tossed salad with house dressing, rolls and butter, iced tea and brownies for dessert.  We look forward to seeing you there!
